How we handle what you send us

Who we are

You can reach Tekne at 527 Songhurst Way, Leduc, AB T9E 0P8, Canada. Questions about your information go to our Privacy Officer at hello@teknehq.com or by mail at the address above. We'll tell you who that person is if you ask.

What we collect

• What you type into the early-access form: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, your trade, where you're based, how many technicians you have, what you use today, and any message.
• Whether you ticked the box to get emails about Tekne's launch and early access, and which version of that wording you saw.
• Your IP address, which the services below see when you load a page or send the form. We don't set cookies and we don't run analytics on this site.

Why

• To reply to you about early access.
• If you ticked the box, to email you about Tekne's launch and early access. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
• To see which trades and regions are asking, so we know where to open first.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything else.

Who handles it, and where

A few services carry this site and the form for us. Your information may be processed outside Canada, in the United States, India and other countries, and the courts and authorities there may be able to reach it.

• Cloudflare hosts this site and forwards our email.
• Web3Forms carries the form to our inbox. It is based in India and uses servers in several countries. Its spam checks, CleanTalk and Akismet, see your IP address and email. Web3Forms may keep a copy of a submission for up to three years under its own policy.
• Google hosts our inbox, where your form lands.

How long we keep it

We keep it until 12 months after Tekne opens to the public, or until you ask us to delete it. After that, or sooner if you ask, we delete it.

Your choices

• Ask to see what we have about you, or to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to emails at any time.
• Unsubscribe from any email we send.
